These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by Dement Development LLC d/b/a United Exteriors (“United Exteriors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your participation in our SMS scheduling program.

Program Description

United Exteriors operates an SMS program to respond to consumers who have submitted a contact form on our Facebook or Instagram lead advertisements requesting a free roof inspection. Messages confirm receipt of the inspection request, provide a scheduling link to book the free inspection, and answer follow-up questions related to scheduling.

How You Sign Up

You opt in to receive SMS messages from United Exteriors by submitting a contact form on a United Exteriors Facebook or Instagram lead advertisement and consenting on that form to be contacted by phone, text message, and email regarding your free roof inspection request.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our scheduling team. Most consumers receive between 1 and 6 messages from United Exteriors regarding their inspection request.

Message and Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates are determined by your wireless carrier and may vary depending on your plan. United Exteriors is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.

Carriers Supported

Available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to STOP Receiving Messages

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from this program.

You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide as part of this SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: https://policies.hibuwebsites.com/privacy-policy

Mobile information (including phone number and SMS consent) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our SMS program (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, Inc.) is permitted; these subcontractors do not use the information for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

United Exteriors may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
